Popular youths and women advocate, Babasola Adegbuyi Omo Ogunwa has declared his interest to run in the 2019 governorship race in Ogun State on the platform of Young Progressive Party, YPP.
Comrade Babasola, who doubles as Chartered Accountant and Chartered Economist declared his intention to succeed Governor Amosun come 2019, in the event which took place at Royal Pavilion, Ibara Housing Estate, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
In his declaration, Babasola highlighted his plans for Ogun State and stated reasons he chose YPP over various Political Parties in the state.
He emphasized the need to urgently return governance to the people. He promised to resolve issues of multi taxation, revitalize the health and Education sectors, increase local content in all state protects, amongst other lofty agenda.
The event was well attended by party faithful, loyalists and dignitaries within and outside the state.
